Shipping and Return Information

Shipping and Cancellations

Starter Kit orders and all other non-custom Aline products are fulfilled within 2 business days of the purchase. Expected delivery times for all shipments is 3-5 business days from the shipping date. Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.

Once your Treatment Plan is approved and purchased, your custom aligners will begin the manufacturing process. We will make every effort to get your aligners shipped so you can get started on your new smile as fast as possible. Your aligners will ship out in 3-4 weeks from when your aligners were purchased. Once approved, they are not eligible for a refund. See our Refund Policy below for more details.

Returns

For your safety, as we are unable to reuse any of the materials, we do not accept returns. Most products ship the same day they are ordered, or in the case of custom aligners we begin production of your custom aligners as soon as you complete your aligner purchase.  Once an order has been placed we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

Exchanges

If you receive a product that is damaged let us know by sending an email to support@alinenow.com and we will do what we can.

Refunds

If you have deemed any of the Services unsatisfactory, a written explanation email is needed before we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund. Each case will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All payments done directly to the Doctor during the use of our Aline Lite services will not be refundable.

Treatment Plan

To achieve the best smile possible, the Team asks that you please:

  • Wear your aligners every single day for at least 20 hours a day.  The only time you don’t wear your aligners is when you are eating or drinking something other than water.  
  • Upload photos at the indicated check-in times. Simply snap a photo while not wearing your aligners of your upper teeth and another of your lower teeth.  These are just like the photos you snapped and sent in originally!

If at the end of your plan, after having followed these guidelines, you aren’t happy, contact us so that the Team can re-evaluate your results. If your re-evaluation is approved, you may be eligible for additional aligners. Please contact us within 15 days of your original prescribed treatment end date.
